Evjoy is owned by Evelyn Castro. Evelyn has been baking for over 20 years. She founded Evjoy in 2024, after leaving her corporate job in NYC, as a way to share her passion for better ingredients and global flavors with her community. After facing health issues, she realized today's desserts often contain the worst ingredients. Therefore, she spent over a year perfecting her cookie recipe, using pure, additive-free ingredients for a difference you can taste and feel.
